Kevin Walden, CFA®
Kevin graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University in 1998 where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He also received Dean’s List recognition. While at Vanderbilt University, he attended The London School of Economics for a semester in the Spring of 1997 for an Economic Development Program. From 1999 to 2001, he was an analyst at Merchants Group International, conducting research and due diligence on private companies for the firm’s private equity fund. From 2001 to 2007, he was an associate at DCLA, responsible for researching public companies across many industries. In 2008, he joined LeVasseur Capital Partners, a hedge fund with a concentrated investment strategy. He was made partner in 2009 and led the investment selection and research process for the firm. In 2020, he rejoined DCLA Kevin holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA® Society Los Angeles.
